To help ensure the greatest peace of mind for our European customers, we are now very pleased to offer a unique warranty service for Dead-On-Arrival (brand new, unused) Lipoly batteries.
All European customers who find their battery to be zero voltage, or puffed upon receiving their parcel, can now send the battery back to our German warehouse for exchange to a store credit if the claim is made on the same day.
Batteries which are thought to be faulty after the date of arrival must be sent back to our Hong Kong warehouse.
Please note the following;
Fault must be claimed the same day the battery is received.
Customer must be located in Europe.
Only the DOA faulty battery can be returned. No other product will be accepted.
Battery will be exchanged for store credit to the value of the battery.
Order must be made with a parcel tracking method of shipping: Registered Air mail, Air Parcel, EMS or UPS.
Battery cannot be used, charged or modified in anyway, including but not limited to; removing or modifying connectors, removing or modifying shrink-tube or any wires or stickers.
If the battery recieved by our German warehouse is not covered by DOA warranty (older than 1 day or charged/discharged) it will be recycled.
Any item sent to the DOA warranty address that it not warrantable, will be recycled and no store credit will be assigned.
Batteries which are found to be faulty after the DOA period of 1 day, must be dealt with by HobbyKing's standard warranty policy on batteries (See Support link above).
