My rating reflects the fact that this is an entry level kit.

I bought this kit to get started with FPV, to see if i like it,

So far i am not disappointed!

I can get in excess of 600m using cheapy ebay cloverleaf antenna set,

The camera isn't the sharpest, though a lot of video's iv'e seen online need the focus adjusted, the camera has adjustable focus!!

i'd 100pcnt reccomend this kit to anyone, it's 100pcnt RTF as long as you use lipo!

Mines qrrived in perfect shape and works perfect, I doesnt get too hot , an allow nice 1000m flights, with no issues.I do recommend this gear.You must be aware that long range HD fpv is not tecanically possible yet, hence,
image quality is equal or just slightly inferior to many costly brands.
I recommend based in own experience.

Purchased this set to get in to FPV. Equipped it on my Traxxas Grave Digger Brushless 1/10 and it's great. The reason for the one crown knock is the images are amazingly grainy no matter what channel. You can barely make out people at 10 yards and moving at 30-40mph down a sidewalk can be treacherous. Gets decent range if you use the redtop ImmersionRC antenna. The stock ones should just go in the trash as you get maybe 30 yards it starts glitching bad enough to be down right irritating. Battery on the headset lasts good long while and you can always power it off of your Tx in a pinch. Comes with all the cables and attachments to get rocking quick. Overall I'm super happy with the purchase and Hobbyking was great on shipping! Can't wait to upgrade to the Attitude V2 soon.

For the price. this system cannot be beaten. Its a perfect beginner system, but ofcourse there are tradeoffs when the price is so low. The camera could be better, and the viewing angle could be larger... but hey! for this price it is hard to complain.

I agree with most of the other ratings.
Great starter system and great price.
Starting off in FPV is chalenging.
I find orienting myself with the goggles on somewhat dificult.
it will take practice for sure.
still...good system

This is the perfect beginner fpv set. It is extremely easy to set up and works just fine as long as you are really close. the goggles give you a nice inmersive feeling and the resolutions is enough for a beginner. However, the piloHD camera gets very hot, is difficult to get on focus, and mine came with dust between the sensor and the lens. You need to get some circularly polarized antennas ASAP if you plan to do anything. NOTE: for those of us how use glasses to see far away you need to get some special lenses for the goggles, otherwise it will be blurry.

while testing the camera and google on ground ,,keep the camera away from the googles ,,, as very close camera to googles makes distorstion in signal,
