ok, i this little device today and tested it. It has twopower inputs one si from 4V to 5,5V, the other goes from 6V to 22V. Then there's the output that you plug the servo in. There are three modes of operation: manual, ccenter and cycling from end to end and are selected with that little button. There are also four LDEs, one for power and three for operating modes. So this thing is handy if you need some signal source to turn servos or run your E-motors, but if you need more I sudgest you buy something else as this is as basic as it gets. But stil five stars for working properly.

Really great buy. I was impressed with the number of functions. You can do variable test, centre, and press the button again and it will cycle the servo. Worth every cent, get one just to fill up your order and have a useful tool.

Great little unit. Directions are missing in the package but easy to use if you can read the small print through the plastic heat shrink. Use it for testing servos of course but also with ESCs for testing LiPo C ratings and amp draw of different motors. Will order more to leave in place on several test stands.
