This lens hood for the Mavic 2 very effectively suppresses lens flare, stray light entering the lens and also protects the gimbal from accidental damage. The "U" shaped design with extended shade minimizes vignetting (reduction of an image's brightness or saturation) and undesired color effects. The lens hood is made of high quality tough ABS plastic for durability and is supplied in a gray color that compliments the drone itself. The lens hood is quick and easy to install due to the quick mount design.
