I received a parcel with propsavers, the diameter of 2.3 mm is written in my order, there is also an inscription of 2.3 mm on the envelope but in fact 3mm ....

Central pin has D=4mm

ordered 2.3mm but the holes are 2.0mm, useless to me and now have to order some more, hope HK get it right 2nd time...

the o-rings should probably be bigger but the screws fit good. I only need one for now but if i need to fit it on a bigger shaft, i see no reson not to drill the hole a bit bigger

The metal parts are great but the o-rings are a little on the low side for quality. I bought some o-rings from lowes that were a little bigger and were much more flexible and streachy than these.
