Not metal gear as described, just the same as the stock gearbox. Will lasts a lot longer once I sealed it with super glue & fill it with 1000 cst diff oil. Still minor leakage through the bearings but holding up well. Spur gear is not the same plastic as the replacement spur gears. Hopefully will last as long.

Not metal gears as stated. Only the input and output drives are metal. The output drive seems a little on the weak side as mine has gottern very lose with only haing very little use. Other than this very well made and very light weight.

Come on Hobbyking the diff gears are NOT metal. Update the description to correctly state that the outdrives ARE metal but the diff gears ARE plastic. For me i am still ok so far as my stock plastic diffs are holding up as I use 2s packs and am not a basher.

just bought, as everyone says the gears are NOT metal! just thought anyone buying this should know, the differential gears insider are NOT metal, but would still be useful to buy this the replace the whole differential i guess

Rear diff for 1/16 rally car.

Outsides are metal but gears are still plastic. They are strong but the outdrives (where the dogbones go in) are metal so wont strip out like the plastic ones. Good buy & to have spare gears. 60T spur gear includes so should 1 strip you would have a spare

los piones son de plastico lo unico de metal son los vasos aver si acen los piones de metal que estaria muy bien aunque suban el precio seria mejor para todos
