Super happy with this motor in my Slash 1/16.
Gearing is 25T pinion, stock spur. I paired it with the Turnigy 45A Car ESC, and 2 turnigy Nanotech 1400mAh 3s LIPOSs running parallel, and has a lot of power. ESC stays nice and cool, and I get upwards of 50 min of run time bashing. After 35 min of hard driving motor temps were 128f, ESC was 100f and LIPOs were 70f. Ambient temp was 53f.

It has so much more power than I need, I set motor timing to 0, punch to "med-low". Absolutely no cogging, and runs smooth and cool. The little truck will hit 35mph to 45mph depending on weight (with 2 batteries, or just one) and timing settings. Only thing left to do is seal the diffs and add 50K wt oil, so the isnt so susceptible to torque roll. Very Happy with this motor.

edit: when I did speed runs the motor hit 158f, so if you want to do non stop speed runs, you should gear down to 22T - 23T. And do the same during the summer. Also pairing it with the Turnigy 45A Car ESC, its just plug and play, and just need to install a battery plug.

Bon moteur avec une turbine de 70mm et 4S Lipo 2500Mah.

Mont sur un Twister Multiplex, meilleur que le moteur d'origine.

Je recommande et je vais en recommand un autre.

I use this in my T-45 with haoye 64mm fan 7 blade. on 3s the thrust is 700gr and 47Ampere and on 4s is 1100gr. but on 4s after 2 minute the motor is hot.

This motor has insane power!!! I wish I had a Watt Meter!!! With a HET 6904 Fan Unit and 100A esc on 3000 mAh 4S lipo in an 70mm Eflite BAE Hawk...serious power and very good quality.

Great motor. Working in my e-revo with 60 amp esc and 23/50 spur and pinion. For off road, 2s. For onroad - 3s.
Changed connectors to Polymax 4mm gold. They hold this load a lot better.

I received this motor, and my first idea was to use it in an EDF 70 mm, Changesun 4 blades fan, very good motor, 55 Ah with 4S, 2,2 Ah. But when I installed this EDf in my HK F5, 1,3 Kg servoless retracts, carbon fiber reinforcements in main wing. In the first flight I notice a change in the noise of the fan, and I landed inmediatelly, It was the motor shaft, the rotor fan pulled so hard that moves forward the shaft out of the rear bearing, so it was dismantled. What can I do, I am going to try to make a slot on the rear part of the shaft and add a press ring (sorry I dont remember the name in english) in order to avoid the shaft to go forward because of the big power, I hope it operates well, if somebody had the same problem, pls share the possible solution.
