Just received new 21.5 T Spock brushless motor. It came with 3 extra screws for adjusting timing. Came with explanation on fault with timing screws other have had, guess what so did I. I loosened 2 of the screws off & the other screw head popped straight off without being touched. These screws are lock tighter as well but only provide a small bit of resistance but enough as it was difficult to unscrew broken one with a small vies grips luckily!! Anyway motor seems ok , not fitted yet but look fine. I also have the bandit 21.5T motor and the rotor is much harder to turn than the stock, so I think the bandit has a much stronger magnets n possibly higher torque rating. Cheers hopes this helps in your decision. Bainopf

I have been extremely impressed with this motor. I run it in TC 21.5, and it has been strong and can run with anything I am up against. I highly recommend these V2 motors.

I bought 2 of these motors supposedly as a backup to the existing name brand motors that I run but I was pleasantly surprised, and its now my go to motor for technical tracks.

Checking it on the motor analyzer, these motors have some of the best sensor boards that I have ever tested. Only 1 degree of timing variance in both of the motors, unlike my Cert 24k which had 3 degrees, non cert 24k and team powers had about 5 degree of variance. Speedzone had approx 5 degrees as well.

On track performance. This motor has a lot of torque out of the box. More so than any of the other motors that I own, but slightly lower rpm. But that was easily adjusted by changing the timing to about 40 degrees. The motor likes 30 degrees on technical tracks and 40 degrees on more open tracks. FDR is between 3.7 to 3.9, as this motor has enough torque to pull a low FDR. If you race on a large outdoor track, you might want to try FDR 3.5 or lower.

Overall I am very happy with this motor, and this has become my main motor of choice for tight technical tracks over my name brand motors. I TQ and won the first time out with motor.
THank you hobby king.

very light weight can, the timing ring is smooth and easier to adjust than the V1 motors. They are a nice upgrade from the first generation motors.
