Great little beast

So far my favorite motor for the funjet 2 and funjet 2 ultra. It flies good on 3s and gets an extra punch on 4s. On 3s I use a 5*5 prop and on 4s I use a 4.75*4.75 prop. Watch your wattmeter as some people burned the motor which shouldn't happen if you stay within the watt capabilities.

Great upgrade Motor for Durafly 70mm EDF's. Need 3.17mm Adapter. Stock Durafly is 4mm shaft size. I used a short piece of 4mm brass tubing. Works perfect.

Good on 4S ... but don't try 5S .. I burnt out 2 of these trying 5S ... I gave first benefit of doubt assumed it was a faulty one ... second one lasted less than a minute same as first.

Best for these ? 3S on a pusher with 4.5 x 4.5 ... as an EDF motor - they suck !

Bought two of motors.. Burnt out one last week and another today in a 70mm EDF..4s 2200 60 esc ...Each only lasted for a flight ..5min..????

No back plate screws and the ones recommended by HK did not work because the motor holes were not drilled straight. I will keep them though because the return process is just too arduous. They will go in the bag with the other none working stuff. It is a good thing they were on &18 each.

I have it in 70mm EDF 5 blades:
Turnigy 5S 2200, My T45 is a rocket as with a 80 EDF from lopard!!!but with les than 40...
Important is to balance the fan....do not forget it!
