I have these and also the stand alone alarms that occupy a channel on their own. Theu work great and very happy .... BUT one aspect that ruins a great product. If your main power source gets disconnected in the crash or bad landing as so often happens - the alarm is just ballast and does not work. I am now looking for same units but a way to have a tiny power source for it so if main power gets cut - the alarm will have its own ... now that will make a good item brilliant.

great gadget. works fine with my orange Rx so no problems for all you young chaps, trouble with the high pitch alarm for a pensioner who is starting to get hard of hearing i can barely hear it! i shall just have to ask a younger mate to help me find my quad in the grass!!!

Ne marche que si le rcepteur ne comporte pas de failsafe : le beep est dclench par une voie ne comportant pas (ou plus) de signal.
Bien sur, on peut parfois dsactiver le fail safe ... mais c'est certainement une trs mauvaise ide !
Mieux vaut utiliser le "discovery Buzzer", disponible ici aussi, qui fonctionne parfaitement mme avec un rcepteur en failsafe, pourvu que ce dernier ait t correctement configur.

I ordered these at 99 cents each. (ordered 3). it took some times for me to figure out how to get it to work correctly with the CC3D board. but once I did i was very happy to have this feature. the volume of the beeper is a little weak for being out in the field. I would up daisy chaining 3 of them together for that added volume. Would be nice if they were just louder so I only need 1. overall a good buy. though I see the price has tripled. not sure what that's all about.

these work well in regular rc models, just set it up on a switch and your good. they however do not work with ppm quadcopter controllers. you willl have to remove the buzzer from the housing and solder power and ground to it to get it to work for that purpose

Doesnt work with any Receivers. Did not work with my Graupner HOTT System. An no manual or hints for the installation! Very bad product!
