    The Turnigy LED pit light is a must have for all RC car drivers, Drone racers and other modellers to throw some light on your subject when you wish to work on it. The pit light features convenient touch sensitive controls which allow you to adjust the brightness through 6 steps and the color temperature of the light (see specs below). The lamp is elegantly and stylishly designed also foldable and rotatable. The adjustable joints can be placed in almost any position without tightening or loosening knobs or screws, simply move the light to where you need and the lamp will hold to form. The lamp is also rotatable through 270° so that you can position it to maximize the coverage of your workpiece.


    The pit light utilizes stress free LED lighting technology that eliminates the harsh whites of flourescent tubes and makes them ideal for general illumination. The light incorporates 32 LED's and can provide the equivalent of a normal 100 watt bulb with very little heat output. Input power can be either through the supplied DC cable from a 6-15V power supply or via a 5V/2.1A USB source. The light folds up which saves space and allows it to slide into the supplied Turnigy storage/carry bag to keep it in pristine condition.

    Faulty on Switch on Light

    The light is great if and when you can turn it on. You press or cover the on switch and after 10 to 20 attempts it may turn on. When running it is great, very bright and usefull light. Using on usb backup power supply for a phone. Also can't turn the light off multiple attempts are needed. The dimming, brightening and mode switches work great.
    If on / off switch worked on first attempt would give 5 stars

    This light is so handy, I use it everywhere from lighting up the build plate on my 3D printer to working on my RC cars, overall it's fantastic.

    This is an awesome slim light perfect for model making/painting/general tinkering :) Adjustable brightness and light temp (colour) makes this a great addition to any hobby when light for a detailed/delicate job is required.
    My only bad point I can think of is I wish the base was a little more weighted, as the lamp can tip if you have it extended quite far.
    Would recommend to anyone needing a small multi directional lamp.

    love the idea
    * the on/off button doesn't always turn when I press it (touch mech.)
    * when connected the power cable can very easylly come off
