Quality is superb. I would trust these on any 90mm edf jet. They are unbelievably sturdy and the machining is stellar. The tires are hard but get some softer ones but really you don't need them as these are all ready compression struts.

Beautifully made. Very strong. Lock into both positions with no slack. The Oleo Legs are sprung and look very realistic. Nice slow scale speed.
Tip.... If you remove any of the M3 x 4mm Grub screws. Only use a new Allen key to remove them. The grub screws are a little slack on the Allen key. If you use a worn key. You will strip them as they are in quite tight. When reassembling. Use new grub screws. You can get em off the Bay.Don't put the old ones back in or they will strip.
Check all posi screws as many of mine were a bit loose out of the packaging. Finger tighten only with very light locktight.
Made of Chinese Aluminium. Which is basically a bit of Alloy and a heap of old Baked Bean Tins mixed in.

Have not used them in flight yet but tested them and seem to be working veeeery well. The Viper 90 mm EDF jet needed some reconstruction to receive these retracts.

Great retracts and they are stamped RC Lander in the metal body. Nice slow, scale speed and very sturdy.

Recived these today , excellent Good work Hobby King

well the retract unit it self is only 3 gram's more that

the standard plastic unit - and these work so much better

the units them self's are also slightly smaller then plastic

units - these are going to be installed in my Venom

70 mm F-86 to replace the crappy air retracts

will then give them a workout , but from first impression

they look and work great
