The Turnigy Nano-Tech Plus offers ultra-high performance with a constant discharge of 70C and incredible bursts of 150C (1 to 3 seconds), this is an added advantage over other batteries. For pilots, this means stronger throttles and unreal performance, excellent news for 3D and EDF pilots, as well as all racing drone pilots.
The application of nanometer-conducting additives forms ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes, which can increase the electronic conductivity. This nano-core technology is the soul of Nano-Tech Plus lithium-ion batteries. The additives allow it to be absorbed into the carrier fluid to deliver more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. By improving the electronic conductivity and ion transfer, the impedance is reduced, and the polarization of the high-rate discharge decreases sharply.
Advantages over conventional LiPo batteries:
• The power density reaches 7.5kW/kg
• Less voltage drop during high-rate discharge, resulting in more power under load
• The internal impedance can be up to 1.2mO compared to 3mO of a standard LiPo
