Excellent Lipo charger, the touch screen is great! It is easy to operate. I did not experience any overload problems. ALWAYS use BALANCE to charge your lipo's. I have charged anything up to 6S NO PROBLEMS, u have to use it properly. Recommendable charger, Super!

Stay away from this charger. It overcharges your Lipos! 4,30 per cell. Other problems: You can't switch off the max charging capacity of 5000mah and two hours charging time. If you try to charge a 8000mah Lipo -> Fail. If you like slow charging times of more than 2 hours -> fail.
I even wrote to the manufacturer if the firmware could be modified. They answered me, that they had carefully thought about the functions and that they decided to keep it this way.

Really bad charger. Potential to overcharge which is VERY dangerous.
You can't turn of the max. charging time. (200mins) :-( Max. mAh is 5000mAh - total bull**it!

Trash. I set the current at 8A. The charger runaway (autonomously) keep upping the current (15A ) until my power supply maxed out with over current protection. Ruined my 6S A-spec 5.0 pack. Luckily the over current protectio of the power supply kicks in otherwise a LiPO fire would occur. Same thing happened on the 2nd try. I stopped the charging manually.

I've bought this one in addition to my X120 which is working fine and has the right connectors for my batteries.

This one has a separate balance board which does have neither HXT 4mm nor JR NiMH connectors. I had to solder my own connector to charge Turnigy 6S nano and NiMH batteries. There should be at least sockets for 4mm banana plugs which would receive most of the charging cables.

A charger which can handle 10A on 6S should be equipped with suitable connectors. In case that's too difficult, an appropriate cable should be provided - if unavoidable at cost.

Hi, all seems well. Unboxed, and played with, mine will not exceed 39W discharge on any pack tried, 1000mah 7.4 to 3000 14.4 even though discharge amps were set to 6A. Charge tests will take a little longer, though the 7.4 packs balanced to 4.2/cell each. I will need to add a pair of banana jacks (main body) or modify some charge leads to cope with nicad/pb etc. I am running it off a SLA and charger.

Hello,
I have bought this charger some weeks ago and the interface and ability to display charge curves on the screen while indicating real time voltage of each cell is very interesting to check the health of each cell. One point, there is a "temperature port" integrated to the balance board. I have connected the Hobbyking temperature sensor (idProduct=76275) I just received, which is equipped with the same plug, and it almost caught fire. Where is the mistake? cabling? function not implemented in the charger? anyway, it is a little bit dangerous.

This charger is a POS!!!!! From the time I received this charger, it will not charge any battery over 95pcnt. Towards end of charge cycle, amps jump up off scale, and I get an error that says output voltage to high. Have tried on different size C rating, and 2 cell to 6 cell, same thing every time. DONT BUY THIS CHARGER UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,!!,!!!

Dont BUY this Charger ,it did not work at ALL. You cannot load any Lipo or Nimih or whatelse !!!I cannot understand that HK offers such aterrible Loader!!!
