Battery received fast almost 8 days after placing the order with the one cell puffed.

The problem is that Hobbycity's customer service replace it only after sending back the Battery although I explained them that from Europe it is very difficult and risky to send through mail lipo batteries (dangerous Cargo). I have already send them photos that show clearly that the battery is puffed.

I cant understand the reason that they didn't check the battery during packing.

I have ordered a lot of batteries in the past with out any Problems except the Hextronic that replaced without any problems.

i have 2 loong max 1000 mah, charging only with balancer, after about 60 charges\discharges , thay give 95% !!! great great value for your money .
