First of all, I realy like flying the P-47
It is very well if you like fast aircrafts, and is easy to land.
I have hat two of them, the firste one I lost due to pilot error..

BUT the second one was almost new(3-4) trips to the airfield, when the elevator servo died i mid air.
During flying I lost elevator control.
With nose down and only aileron and throttle control, the only thing I could do, was turn down throttle and warn my club mates, that i'm crashing.
It was a total loss.

If you haft to rip out the servos and replace dem, but if you do, you will get at nice flying farst flying airplane.

P.s. I'm not the only one to have elevator servo to fail in this model series

The plane itself is pretty good. However the electrical components are not. The elevator servo died on me of 5th flight. Thankfully plane did not get hurt. The ESC died on me on the 10th flight. And I am flying 3S, not 4S. Plus, almost never full throtle.

I wish these birds would be sold foam-only or maybe with a motor. This way I could take solid components and not risk devastation.

Otherwise the plane is fast, loud, and fun as hell! Also, it is very durable.

I found out that having flaperons for landing helps a bunch.

My second plane in the funfighter series after the p51, I must say the p47 hand launches allot smoother than the p51 and I think it's given to its more aggressive torque offset out of the box,no torque roll at all, build quality is allot better than the p51 but I found even running the nano tech 850 4s bat set up it had no were near the power or speed of the p51 (due to the size and bulk of the p47) it's very smooth even on full throws and has a very slow tip stall speed allowing for a slower glide rate,doesn't cut through or Handel wind to well but all in all its another fantastic addition to the range! Very happy ! Now to wait for my 3rd funfighter to arrive...the sea fury!

Great fun, the props that are in the kit are of real bad quality. It's better to throw them away and mount a decent one from the beginning. Fly mine on 4S. If you fly with the recommended settings it doesn't feel very agile. With less expo it's a weapon and you'll get an adrenalin rush on those first flight, but the little thing behaves very well. One of my favorite planes.

This was my first fun fighter and I have to say I was a little bit nervous about flying something small and very quick. To my surprise the P47 is relatively easy to fly and I am able to hand launch it myself. Lots of fun and will handle a few crashes

Awesome Flyer, Stable and very fast. First flight had buddy launch and help with trimming. Launched at half throttle to prevent excessive torque roll. Using 1000 and 1300 Nanotech 4S batteries, FRSky 4 channel RX and Turnigy Plush 30A ESC. Stock ESC provided fried itself after 2 minutes at 33pcnt throttle on 1st flight. Lucky to land ok. Lots of smoke - very scale hehe. Quality downgraded due to ESC and quite a few noticeable dents in the wing. However great value and great fun. Just replace the ESC before you take her up. Created some vents for ESC cooling on hot days.

This is my latest funfighter and again it's awesome fun,fast on 3cell ballistic on 4cell and will go vertical untill you can hardly see it.

This one dosnt come with a pilot which is kinda odd as all the others do but it's a small price to pay for 4 minutes of pure rc p47 madness.

Friend has the Rarebear so decided to try this one. Gone with an upgraded ESC and 1000mah 4S Nanotech - ballistic performance!!! Just had a couple of quick flights in the field behind the house, sounds fab at full chat.....going to have some fun with this little chap!
