Based on the tried and tested Mini-Q chassis, these lively and quirky 1/24th scale on-roaders are awesome fun for kids and adults alike. Over the past years the comic racer class has developed quite a following with mini tracks popping up all over the place at clubs and in people's homes, the beauty of them is that they are a cheap, fun class that you can race in a very small area. Their cartoon looks keep the competition from getting too serious and we all know that on-road racers can get a little too passionate at times, the Mini Q Cartoon Cars keep the mood light. But you don't have to race to have fun with these cars they are great for tearing around the house and chasing the cat.
Don't let their looks deceive you, underneath the fun body is a revised Mini-Q chassis that is built solid to handle the knocks and spills you would expect from an indoor racer. Internally the chassis includes gear diffs front and rear and has ball bearings on the drivetrain. Each oversized wheel has super grippy rubber tire and is attached to CVDs for smooth transmission of power.
One of the cool features of this car is the power supply is simply four AAA batteries so you can open the box and start racing straight away. We have been testing it using our Turnigy Rechargeable AAA Batteries with great results but any good quality AAA battery will do the job.
With the equipped 130 sized brushed motor this car has plenty of power on AAA power, but it is super easy to upgrade with one of our Basher 130 motors or go the full crazy and put in a 6000KV brushless unit and upgrade your radio, ESC and servo at the same time.
So if you are ready to get loose on the track or the living room then pick up a Mini-Q Cartoon Car or two and enjoy no pressure on-road and have a few laughs while you're at it.
