Lets be honest - this just works like a charm. Together with the Quanum monitorgoogles its a very cheap entry into fpv flying. However - I don't quite get why they offer it as a 2.4ghz bundle, not as a 5.8ghz bundle. Someone who is new to fpv and wants to try it out might be new to the hobby and not using a 433mhz LRS system. That means they are overpowering their radio with the video on the same frequency and cut down the range of the radio to 100m. Kind of pointless for a beginner setup, isn't it?

I have became my package yesterday and try it with a 11.5 V LIpo i tried it on all channels form 0-3 but nothing happens only a grey-white Screen

Ok. well i got my FPV tx/rx with camera. Must say It is nice. I like the way HK pack things well. How ever quality got a 4, Due to the wiring loom being incorrectly wired. Simple fix, What the problem was, is. The red positive wire and the white Video wire were incorrectly mounted in the plug to the camera. I have uploaded a video review also, detailing this. The video quality is awesome, i also included in my video review a comparison . Watch the video for better all round review of this product, Well done HK.

Just got my transmitter earlier this week, had a chance to test it out completely today, first the review, then hard #s:

Came loose, no instructions, easy to figure out though, worked out of the box, just plugged the wires that seemed to fit together into one of my 3s packs and voila!

Tested with an AR600 (sports flyer, mid range), transmitter 4 inches away from the receiver:

65 paces at low power range check without transmitter on, 22 paces with transmitter on (receiver was turned on AFTER video transmitter was running)

Tested with Orange 6 channel receiver satellite receiver (somewhat equivalent to AR600), video transmitter 4 inches from main receiver, satellite receiver was mounted 36" away in tail:

70 paces low power without video transmitter running, 65 paces low power WITH transmitter running. In this case the satellite receiver saved the day, it had similar range deterioration to the AR600 without the satellite receiver.

Range (tested on ground between 2 vehicles, not in air, which would be better):

max range line of sight: 500m, at this point the video started to fizz in and out, until this range the picture is crystal clear.

Overall assessment:

Very good value for the $$, especially considering that it is only a 100mW transmitter, so very low weight added to the plane, just be careful to keep the transmitter as far away from the receiver as possible, or use

I would have given it NO stars but one was the lowest. I got mine in August with a damaged camera. There was no padding anywhere in the package and the camera was crushed lens-first into the bottom of the box. Because returns are sometimes cost-prohibitive, HK does not properly pack all items for international shipping in hopes that the customer will just eat the cost and replace it themselves rather than paying out of their pocket to return ship the broken item and then waiting another month to receive their replacement. I've ordered lots of stuff from HK and this was my only damaged order but rarely if ever do I see any packing material and I assume it will happen again.

Hy all, I can say that the imag. it's perfect. i use a K-world DVD maker connected to my laptop and I can say it's perfect(it's not Black and white -it's colour imag.!!!!). I can see live or i can record, i did not try it on my belt cp but in the next days I'm going to try it. After that I am going to put a small video for all you. I heard that it my happend that between the remote(2.4 Ghz) and the camera(2,4 ghz NTSC) could bbe some interferences, until I am going to try it I can't tell you enything. regards from Ireland . Product came as described, I was able to figure out the setup with No instructions. I added a jst connector to extra plug so I could run the setup on 2 3 cell lipo packs good quality still need to put it on a plane.
