Mine stays for a while in my sparebox And I want to instal it on an EPO ultimate 3D. It looks like on the picture except it is maked 2409 - 12 "delta" (not 18 like here but the mounts is this yellow one...?!)

I try to turn the axe in order to have the boutrunner bel in the front but it seems that, despite the screw is off, this bell is glued on the axis.
Wher can I find instruction to operate safely?

I have bought many motors from HK, and I have to say I did not like this one at all. It just was not the quality that I have seen with their other motors. I guess I can say you get what you pay for sometimes, but I normally get great products from HK. I may have just got a bad motor.

I`ve bought 4 of them 1 Year Ago . All i Can say "AMAZING" !

I put 2 of them in a MPX Twinstar with 9x3.8 props .
50 Gas and the Twin goes Vertical to the clouds !

Powerconsumption less 15A !!!

1 brocken Shaft in 90 Flights !

Lovely motor,I have 2 of these, being used in a 36 foamie 3d. A little heavy but very robust, been flying them for about 2 years now, no problems. apc 10x4, 1.6ah,8 min runtime, I fly hard 3d. Highly recommended.

Has lots of power. After a short time, I smelled a burning odor. In touching the motor case, I burned my finger. I do not have equipment to check power consumption, but I checked the motor temp with an IR sensor and it was over 225 degrees F. It got hot enough to scorch the wood of the motor mount. I was using a Turnigy 3s 2200 mah Lipo w/HobbyKing 25-30A ESC and swinging a 10x4.5 SF prop. Now I have to decide whether it's worth spending about 7 bucks to return a 13-dollar motor. Am I throwing good money after bad?

Does HK sell a motor mount for this motor? If not is there one that can be bought somewhere else
