Just got them they look awesome BUT the title is misleading - they have PLASTIC SIDES and not the METAL UPGRADE that is listed on the manufacturers site. Maybe that's my fault, but I would not have purchased them based on this.

Having said that, they do look awesome and well made, very little play, and machined metal parts are well made and look great too.

estou desapontado pois estalei ele no F18 starmax 90mm e por duas vezes que pousei a bequilha dianteira virou para traz e esta pesando 2200kg...vou trocar o eixo da bequilha dianteira de 3mm para 5mm pois os trem trazeiros esto perfeitos...por isto 2 coroas...

These were replacements modifired to fit the LX twin 70mm A-10 and work flawlessly. will definately buy more and highly recomended. these will also work powered from the BEC and an exernal battery is not needed

Good product, very nice finish, but something is strange instead. EFP hobbies claims the new line does have metal side plates and this one don't. I ordered one kit for my Greatplanes Corsair, and it's doing the job for the moment. I beleive that metal frames won't be a big difference as they already are made with very strong plastic.

Just use it with a Ubec directly soldering within your ESC input, and you'll have an all integrated system. Be aware that in this case, your ESC won't be able to drain more amps if your battery is reaching the lower state. So, be carefull not to fly over the max capabilities of your battery or set your esc not to cut suddenly when undervoltage.

Otherwise, this is a really cool product. I recommand it !

Works perfect!!!!!
I soften the spring in the front retract - so the plane rolls very soft on the grass runway.

Works perfect and Good quality.. but it doesn't work at 5 channel on my Futaba T8FG and 6008HS reciever. So, I should connect it 8th channel, and then it works perfectly.



It will be good, if it have various strut option.

In My Plane(Deuces wild), These struts are too short. so I must modify this product.

HK should clarify that these are NOT the "Titan" version with the metal side plates. I did the upgrade myself and it was fairly easy after I broke the little plastic eyelets on a rough landing. Order the parts from Southern Cross RC or Direct from EPF.
