Bought this as a replacement for our skymule nosewheel, which like many others broke on a hard landing. The fix? Use Flaperon (Aileron/Flap) mixing to *really* slow the plane down and land gently.

Bought this as a spare because I had heard that the HobbyKing Durafly Sky Mule had a habit of bending the nosewheel gear and damaging the plastic mounting. I needn't have bothered as the original is just fine after many landings on a grass field which does give it a bit of a hammering. It has taken all the punishment in it's stride. The spare looks well made and robust for anything other than crash-landings. I softened the tyre by soaking it in warm water and a small amount of mild detergent with a bit of massaging which is a simple way of softening 'foam' type tyres.

Point faible du skymule! Dommage... Mais tout de mme assez facile changer tant que le support n'as pas cass!
