I bought this one for an ok price (could be slightly cheaper imho) but it' being very useful so It was still a great purchase. I totally recommend this adapter.

Bought this over a DIY one to fill out a bit of shipping weight. Not worth the effort in my opinion.



The solder joins on both the male and female connectors were barely made, and I get the feeling that it could be broken without unreasonable use of force. I also wouldn't trust it with a huge amount of current (>20A), certainly not rated near the capabilities of the EC5.



I cut open the heatshrink and the Y join was done properly. I have since made one myself which I can trust.

use it to connect both pl8s to single 12V supply or 24V for that matter, when I dont need max amps really.
