I found if one or two blades are dragging on the housing, check to see if the housing is warped from installation. If not hold a small piece of sandpaper in between the blade and the housing and rotate the fan back & forth to sand the long blades. It takes longer but it doesn't trash the housing, and it helps balance the fan.

I purchased 2 of these impellers but have a few issues. This impeller does not fit into the casing for SKU: HKEDF64. The blades are about 1mm too wide.
Anyone know if this fits into the blue casing SKU: EDF64-DHS ?
Also which impeller hub for 3mm motor shaft diameter will work with this fan?
