These are awesome, with these your rc bodies sit a little bit higher (great for extra clearance) but they also stiffen up the shell (it no longer flaps around when picking the car up or when hitting a wall).

These are great if your body shell rattles! If not they also protect the paint! Came with enough washers to do 2 x 1:10 Car Shells and have a couple spares.
