Do not waste your time and money on this! Don't even think balancing your prop on this. The device itself is not balanced. Spinning it without prop is not even. So totally unreliable, unprofessional and misleading. Mine goes to trash right away!

for this price i think you can't find one be more accurat.
On the conrad shop is one that is symmular ,just the price is differently higher.

Very well made, also works on boat props. I am going to machine down the 3mm shaft to the same length as the other shaft to be more accurate on the small diameter boat props.

Both supplied shafts are bent which makes any proper balancing impossible. In addition to that all 4 blue aluminium cones have their holes drilled off-center, so even if you had by a miracle one of the shafts straight, you wouldn't be able to balance the prop properly because of this cheap cones. Save your money and buy something else.
I paid about twelve bucks more for a proper brand name balancer.

very nice looking paper weight i have. cones are a nice shade of blue and drilled off center so they wobble when i spin them onto the shaft. one of the shafts were slightly bent. lesson learned

My cones were also slightly out of balance although with the larger set only one was very slightly out & useable as they are. I received 2x straight shafts so got lucky there.
It is otherwise easy to put together, sturdy & the cnc parts are accuratly cut. The spirit level isn't the most accurate but does work fine.
Works great for err, balancing props.
