I bought one of these FrSky TFR4 couple of days ago, but it DOES NOT bind to my futaba 7PX :(, probably due to 7PX is not compatible with c1 mode supported receiver.

Product received defective!
I ordered 5 and 1 was defective.
HK gave me the run a round and will not replace faulty item. I spent over one hour with there online live chat.

I have owned two more of these, used at 1km with my Futaba 14sg without issue, very small and light. Had many crashes without damage. I use it with the channel 3,4 pins shorted to put it into ppm sum mode for one cable going into my Naze32, works well.

i got 2 of these about 2 years ago for my car they work great, just got 1 few weeks ago the thing just shut off twice on me, was going fine then it just stop, lucky i did set the failsafe on my tx, 2 lights red and green both flashing don't know what does that mean. have to rebind to get it work again. don't know if the orange rx any better then this rx.

great price receiver works perfect installed in my savage flux.....if u have nitro or gas then u can use 3 channels of it and if electric then u can use 4 channels of it...

Je l'utilise avec ma Futaba 3PK et avant avec une 3PM.
Le recepteur fonctionne tres bien y compris pour des modles demandant beaucoup de prcision ( 1/12 et 1/10 Pan car ).
Il est assez lger et peu encombrant par contre il ne faut pas enfoncer trop fort les fiches car la carte electronique a tendance a bouger.
L'assemblage n'est pas aussi bien russi que du Futaba mais cela fonctionne bien.
3 X moins chre que le R603FF ou FS !!!!

Boy,
This is too easy.
Use it for training purpose on my Futaba T8FG. Teaching any Futaba transmitter student.
Benefits:
- No need of the expensive Futaba wireless training module.
- No expensive cables because of the voltage difference between the T8FG and other transmitters.
- No prblem with distance between teacher and student.
