Nice replacement for the Pro tail holder. Bent units never seem to work perfectly again so this is cheap enough to just replace the unit instead of trying to piece together the old one.

Purchased this to replace a flimsy eBay aluminum tail that just happened to crack as I was spooling up my KDS450S

These are built very solid with perfect tolerance for the bearings and shaft. With the eBay one, if I tightened the screws, the bearings would bind.

The only issue I had is that the set pin for the boom wouldn't go in all the way. I could have drilled out the hole a bit bigger but by tightening the screws for the tail fin, the tail is solid tight on the boom. Would buy again.

Excellent metal tail for my EX-I450 belt drive. I replaced the M2x16 hex bolts which hold the metal tail assembly to the boom with longer M2x20 hex bolts and nylon insert lock nuts. Of course I had to drill out the old threads to accommodate the longer hex bolts. now I have a solid setup.

Nice crafted, and good quality BUT: Had to buy an additional unit when the screws (both) holding the holder to the boom snapped inside. The screws is therefore recommended to change BEFORE first time use. Be aware.
