Received these in my most recent order, product has changed since the last set that I purchased. Old set had real rubber O-rings for tires, current set is solid white plastic and no O-ring tires. Spokes and hub have been beefed up over the older versions, making them a bit stronger but I do wish they still had the rubber tires like the old version. Still very light and adequate for the model I intend to use them on, and can't beat the price and value.

I expected a rubber ring (black) around but nothing. It's just all over plastic. Price good so OK.
