Improving on the Bixler 2, this latest model is the perfect RC trainer plane, the perfect RC glider, and the perfect beginner FPV plane. Attach your flight camera into the nose or canopy of the plane to enjoy First Person View while flying. The Bixler 3 PNF Plane is a plug-and-fly model requiring a radio system and battery.

Featuring a new color scheme, the dynamic contrast and underside stripes make orientation easier. The motor has been updated to a 2620-1400KV Brushless Outrunner for more efficient flight times. Pair this electric RC foam plane with a 2200mAh 3S 20C LiPo battery, as well as a 4GHz 6 channel transmitter and receiver for optimum flying.

Small enough to fit in your car, the low wing loading and a sleek fuselage create a practical RC plane that is easy to transport to your favourite flying field. The Bixler 3 comes with optional flaps which are pre-hinged (servos not included). These flaps are particularly ideal for FPV pilots carrying a heavier payload.

Made of super-tough EPO foam, the Bixler 3 has an angular tapered wing and tail surfaces. Pusher props and pre-installed electronics make this a great beginner RC plane. Perfect for flying at the beach or local park, the Bixler 3 features optional clip-in landing gear as well as clip-in wings for quick assembly and easy storage.

Great large trainer plane

First large plane for me. Got the Flight Test Aura 5 computer for stability and safety for myself.
Cons: Motor noisy as heck but works. Hard to position batters forward enough for CG balance but doable. Don't like that the tail rudder and elevator are not detachable as with the wings off the plane is still cumbersome to transport.
Pros: Easy to flight with flight computer provider assist (Aura lite 5). Forgiving after crashing it a few times. Hot Glue and she was back in the area with some minor tinkering and trimming.
Not a super fast plane but fun enough and pretty to watch her fly thru the blue sky.

Great flyer , the easiest to assemble it toke me 15 min to build , but engine solder broke at the 4th flight m had to resolder.

Solide, passe bien les acrobaties de base. Comme ça n'est pas un vrai planeur, il un peu de mal à prendre les thermiques.
Par contre vole bien, très résistant aux chocs et facile à réparer. Je lui en fait voir de toutes les couleurs.
2 critiques :
- les flaps ne servent à rien
- les roues du train sont trop petites (on atterrit pas toujours sur le dur), je les ai remplacées par des plus grandes.

It's a good pick for a new hobbyist. But; it can be improved on.
Example: the bottomside of the fuselage started to split where the front landing gear and the seam meet. I didn't notice that it was splitting and on one of my flights the landing gear and the bracket that holds the landing gear in place fell out.
Bottomline: check the plane out after you unbox it and add glue and tape whereever you think it needs it.
Conclusion: Good plane. It'll take the abuse a newbie; such as myself, puts it through.
