The rudder servo was dead and had to be replaced.
The horns for the ailerons and flaps (4 pieces) were missing.
A flap servo was due to constructive, incorrectly installed, so that the movements of the flaps were opposed. The holes for the flap servos in the wing are not the same direction, but as opposed for ailerons. Design flaw!
The fixing of the cabin hood with rubber is too loose. The canopy will be lost on the flight.

Same problem although in my case the entire accessory pack is missing, not just a few control horns. Now starts the long process of taking pictures of something that is not there. HobbyKing will now use every trick to get me to give up on getting a resolution - standard practice at HK.

Ventus arrived in an undamaged box but found the rudder broken off, fuselage still in bag and well secured, clearly whoever packed it would have seen the damage, a poor show by this supplier, also no manual. settings etc and HK cannot help me, sadly I will return it which is not what I wanted by the CS support is not good. I offered to repair the damage if they could supply the settings, no reply so I guess back it goes, come on HK get your act together and work WITH the customer NOT AGAINST us.

Received Ventus PNF but did not arrive in two parcels as described,model is very well designed and excellent finish now all together and ready to fly.

Any problems yes, control horns missing for the wing assembly and retract servo movement not enough to lock the retract properly so have removed the retract servo for first flights,good product from Hobbyking but forget about proper support from them.

The control horns probably weigh about 1/2 an oz they expect you to put the lot all back together weigh it and photograph it, the tape on the parcel probably weighs more than the horns so that is a completely waste of time and will prove nothing the things only cost about 50p at the most come on Hobbyking give your customers a bit of support actions speak louder than words

For the money you can not beat this glider. Balanced the prop and dropped in a Turnigy 2.5ma nano tech battery and balanced out perfect with no additional weight added. Flys like a dream, love it. I did cut and install hinges on the ailerons and elevator which takes very little time to do. Also had to drill and tap new set screw hole in motor rotor to keep from slipping on shaft which cut short my first two flights short. Works perfect now. Very nice model.

Hi all, I ordered mine on Monday, received today (Weds), cannot believe the overall nice quality of this kit, especially given the price, really well chuffed with this, only things missing are a pilot figure and instructions, no assembly instructions with kit or online but shouldn't be that hard to figure out where is all goes, plently of stuff on Youtube etc. well recommended, Thanks HK.

Glider looks promising, and good quality, but paid for PNF/PNP as on order number..good price for PNP..but lot of money for a bare foam kit! Now over a week getting the run-around to get correct order and what to do with the delivered foam kit..no results..will update on that. They havent accnowledged that they simply sent out the wrong kit..and daily hoops to jump through..photos of this and that..just buying time..no results. Nice looking foamy, but not worth putting in hundreds of bucks on decent servos,motor and esc... PNP looks ok...but all i can see at the moment is fraud! Once they come up with something..will let you know..incl flight review..just beware of buying with CC..use paypal only to freeze payment if required!

Dificultad de los servos para moverse, las bisagras que son parte de la espuma flex son muy duras, cambiandolas mejora mucho. No me llegaron todos los cuernos en el paquete, luego de ajustar el centro de gravedad mejor el vuelo y la experiencia fue muy buena. Si te gusta el vuelo silencioso con planeador este modelo es muy recomendable.

I just received mine, the rudder is also broken and one servo wire is too short to be useful on the wing.
However, the glider is good looking, and for the price, it seems to be a good product.
I will update when able to fly it.
