The outer construction of this is rather poor - it consists of very thin plastic and it flexes when held. I had to RMA my first one because one of the components tore off (taking the solder pad with it). A hard case would vastly improve this product. As it stands I have to be super careful with my second one so as to not break it. Having said that, it's cheap, small and seems to work well for calibrating other less-accurate things - so I am content.

Bought this a few months back.I installed on helicopter and put on shelf,I just recently took heli and powered it up and this battery monitor is dead.

In my opinion the led should have been a bit smaller, never saw such a big led. (And its not that bright in my opinion.) But it works as it should. It great to be able to program the alarm. The volt sensor seems to work very well. The case is quite cheap, its like some plasticwrap, no hardcase. My conclusion is that it is a great little Cell Checker and does what it should.

As a cell checker on the ground this is good. As an in-flight low voltage buzzer this thing sucks.

As it cycles the separate cell voltages constantly, it will only buzz when that cell that is below your cutoff limit is shown in the screen or when the overall voltage is shown. So it'll buzz for a second then turn off when it cycles to the next cell. I also think it draws a bit of current when it's buzzing because as soon as it went off my quad fell out of the sky.

I'll try setting it to a higher cutoff but the issue with intermittent buzzing can't be fixed.

Must Must Must! Defo needed to ensure that your battery is not over used and you don't kill those cells. very easy to use and loud enough to hear when flying if the levels drop too low

Easy to use, convenient, it shows cyclic:
- Total voltage
- Voltage difference between the cells
- Voltage of every cell, displays .

Configurable warning voltage (3.0-4.0V).
Warning by loud beep (two beepers) and LED.
Case is soft (hard film), but lightweight.
