I recently placed a order for a total of 20 of these wheels and only received 19. I contacted customer support and this is what they say. "We apologise for the inconvenience but we cannot process your request as your order was posted on 27/03/2013 and is now in transit to your location." In other words if you don't get it the first time hobbyking is not going to ship the shorted item. I know it is not a lot but I had planed on using the wheels in sets, 19 don't get it.
