Really Good Flight Controller

I chose this flight controller because it looked like a simple FC with excellent features under-the-hood and that it worked well with the Matek FCHUB-VTX PDB through a ribbon cable. And I'm really impressed and happy with this flight controller. It has great OSD features and was really easy to set up. The pins on the FC were clearly labelled and the website had diagrams on how to properly wire the components. Overall, this is a great FC.

I chose this f4 variant because I've always been surprised by the fit and finish of Maytek's products. It seems as if they actually get it. They go the extra mile in their design to make something that's well thought out and not just a soulless copy of what everybody else is doing. On top of that their price point always seems to strike the balance between just slightly higher than the cheapest option; all the while delivering an immeasurably better product. Soldering work on everything I've gotten from them is beautiful ( non of that sickly runny sweat-shop soldering you may be used to ). Great board, you do have to select the "show unstable releases" in betaflight firmware flasher to get the MAYTEKF405 Firmware target to show up.
