I agree once you get it together it flies pretty good.Had to replace the esc that came with it got about 4 flights on it.The motor shaft on the motor is to week bends fairly easy.bent mine second flight i recommend a prop saver,Once i upgraded esc and motor it has been a blast to fly.I just mounted the battery on the bottom of the plane with Velcro,easier to balance plane and switch battery.

a plane is really small, perfect for go-anywhere anytime. my order came without servos or battery, even in support are giving me a solution.

is ideal to buy a micro rx to maintain low weight of the plane. the only thing wrong is the limited space inside the fuselage but it is almost predictable

Nice little plane, very cute. The instructions are fairly understandable. It came nicely pack and no broken parts, built it in like 30 minutes. Its a very delicate plane but overall its nice plane but there is no charger so that really sucks. But other then that its nice plane for your money

Very nice kit. Took two evenings to put together. RC equipment takes some patience to fit. I used the OrangeRX 415 receiver. I glued both servos to the same side of the fuselage because my Parkzone DSM2 transmitter does not have servo reverse switches. Instead of using the included battery I soldered a molex connector to the power cable and used the Turnigy nano-tech 1S 130 mAh 25C-40C battery. This is also much easier to get in and out of the battery compartment. Flies really well and is very robust. Less experienced people can leave the wheels off and learn to fly in an area with tall grass.

I receved the Micro Liadon this evening. The motor was supposed to be mounted and was not. The propeller is missing. It took 3 weeks for HK to ship, you would think they would have had time to inspect item. Between shipping and HK being out of DSM2 receivers ALL the time, I'm going to end up with over $100.00 in this thing. Oh yeah, instructions are worthless

Very small plane, comes in box without damage, you need to mount it completely, manual in Chinese and very unclear. Not worth the money

I was looking for a small AC for vacation. I thought this will be nice. The AC came without any damage. The problems i found are:

The motor when on full throttle starts to miss. I don't know if it is a problem of the ESC or the motor itself.

One of the servos turns continuously thus not usable.

Later i bought the cox micro warbirds, i would rather go for that.

Either the instructions have been improved or people are hard to please. The pictures say the thousand words that are not there, whilst the parts fit together very well indeed. Yes you do need to take time assembling and be carefull with placement of the servos and length of wires. My first of these suffered from impatient hands and careless swipe of gas solder iron used to finish shrinking servo wire. otherwise excellent and easy assembly then easier flying. Stable in flight and responsive to controls whilst far more crash resistant than Horrizon Hobby Champ trainer. You can buy 3 (including RX) for the price of one Champ. I have now bought another and a spitfire and bf109 from the same series. These are great to fly whilst fixing the larger planes.

Anyone who has tried the HOBBYZONE CHAMP will throughly enjoy this little flyer. A little common sence to assemble and it just goes. There is weight here to improve stability, whilst the parts are replaceable if you damage them though this thing is far harder to damage than others. (not so easy without high expence using the CHAMP) Use the DSM2 Compatible Parkflyer 2.4Ghz Receiver. I have had 2 turn up non functional and the third worked a charm. Still cheaper than elsewhere. I can fly this in a slight breeze which is something I could not do with the CHAMP. BUY THIS OR PAY DOUBLE FOR THE SAME THING.
