this set fitted fine into my tilt rotor 300mm quad. The motors have no vibrations and in combination with the ESC the quad reacts as fast as lightning. Baby Beast is a good name because the motors are small but the power they produce is amazing. I do nit regret in purchasing this awesome set.

super fantastic all is well esc and motor very smooth and high thrust on 3s i added prop 5x3 and its became rocked out of control then i decided to use 5 inch now its under control very nice and well finished product highly recommended if you have quad 250 - 300

I ordered a 2nd set if these and they weren't QC'd before shipping. Unfortunately HobbyKing is infamous for this judging from the reviews on MANY items. The white epoxy inside the motor where the wires connect was spilled all over one of the mounting holes from the inside. So i tried to remove it but the wire was stuck in that position and pushed against the winding's and jammed up the motor. So if you get a good set of these they're great but its possible to get a bad set (for numerous reasons).

These motors and escs scream in my robocat. I'm running 5x4.5 bull nose props with a 3s 2200mAh 30C. Perfect combination.

2 of the motors became smoke without even having props mounted :(
Cant buy any replacements overhere so had to buy them from someone on Ebay :(

Good product for the price.

Really too bad that the kit doesn't contain the M3 screws necessary to attach the motors to the frame. Doesn't "totally take out the guess work" ;)

I got one set and three of the motors were making some weird noise and one was perfect,I said I had bad luck,then I bought another set and now again,two motors are faulty.TWO MONTHS have passed and I still can't have a functional quadcopter.I am still waiting for their "Initial Evaluation" and I am convinced they will not replace anything.Don't even bother to buy these,you will need at least 2 sets to get 4 working motors.Better go and buy some cobras.

i buyed these Combo for my ZMR250 Quad, 3s 2200maH, flashed them with last BLHeli Software. Damped Light with SP3 FC and Cleanflight, Timing: Medium/High, Oneshot enabled, after 1 short flight 2 motors didnt spin up correctly, they startet to cogging, even on full throttle, >ESC fail, reflashed, same again. After trying some settings in BLHeli, suddenly one Motor started to smoke >ESC fail also smoked up.

Now tried to buy one motor again, >Backorder, R.I.P. 3xMultistar Motor

Sorry i cant recommend these ESC's to anyone, this is trash. 80 for trashcan. Go for some DYS parts. These Afro's are better rated, that they in reality are. Never had that bad ESC's in my hands.

Furthermore all of the motors where out of balance, the motors were vibrating the quad over the floor (without props). I solved this with some Tape for Balancing, but this is not very user friendly.
