The QIDI 550 SWIFT-ONE Sky Challenger is the perfect ready-to-fly fully aerobatic stunt plane that is supplied with a transmitter, receiver, integrated ESC, and a built-in 6-axis gyro stabilization system. This gyro system offers super stable flying and self-leveling which makes it perfect for early, and relatively inexperienced pilots. The gyro is switchable from the transmitter, 3 modes can be selected. The first is beginners mode which gives maximum stabilization and reduces the amount of control the pilot has, the second is intermediate, which reduces the stabilization and gives the pilot slightly more control. The final mode is no gyro stabilization and the pilot has full control authority. It also features a "One-Key" 3D aerobatic system, and a take-off system for hand-launching or ground take-offs.

The pre-installed 2004 2800KV brushless motor, and the supplied 7.4V 500mAh LiPo battery provide ample power for sport flying and all the 3D aerobatics, it also allows for an impressive 15 to 20 minutes of flight time. The QIDI 550 SWIFT-ONE Sky Challenger requires a small amount of assembly out of the box, but this is very straightforward and does not require any glue. It also includes just about everything you need to get you flying except for the batteries for the TX, and the included 2.4GHz radio has a range of up to 400 meters.

Very lightweight but not flimsy. Flies far better than it looks like it should.
When it arrived the fuselage was bent like a banana but removing one of the fuselage lateral supports allowed it to straighten up over a couple of days, then just a matter of gluing the lateral support back in and all was good.
First fly today and although it was very windy it flew well in 6G mode and hovered well in vertical mode.
Didn't try 3G mode due to the strong winds but none the less all at the flying field were suitably impressed with how it went. Good 10 minute flight time with fully charged battery.
Overall a great little plane to fly.
