crazy bright on 6 volts. 12 volts kills them in about one sec. Very very bright for that one sec. bought 5 ea. down to four now :-) all the led's working on each pcb.

Very bright with a 11.1v battery easy to see at long range the back aluminum plate does get Very hot so be careful

Insanely bright! Mine did not come on until I reached 7V So I don't think the voltage range is correct. It worked at 7, 8, and 9V. I would not trust it at >9. The voltages for the other colors is different. Just take the wire off the board and insert a resistor to drop the voltage to keep it simple. You will probably need about 10 ohms and a 2W resistor. These are about 2" in diameter. I would suggest you turn them away from you before turning them on. Seriously!

Pay attention to the voltage requirement, unfortunately, I did not.
It is 5.3 - 7, 6.5 - 7 is necessary if you want them visible from any distance. I assumed with the JR plugs they would light up with 5v, not so.

Only three out of the 16 elements worked. DOA Dead on Arrival, Very disappointing Hobby King ????

I was going to keep this review short but Hobby King would no print unless I made it longer, Hobby King are you trying to get ride of customers ???

Had number of crowns wrong on previous review, Really deserves zero crowns, but not an option
