I am going to have to get another set of these....I finally busted one on a bad landing....but they had done just fine ......if you don't abuse them they are a good retract

Purchased this set for my Macchi. Having problems with them. The struts vibrate loose when rolling on the ground. This means that at some point the wheels will get out of alignment and prevent further rolling. There is a steel piece that connects the strut to the actual retract. Instructions say you have to make a few flat areas to make the screw prevent this. Wouldve loved to see this already done as it proves to be a real pain to do.

If both servos worked Id have given all 5's. One came DOA. The retracts are robust but you'll need to dremel notches on the struts to keep them from rotating also have to file the wood to get them to drop in not an exact fit for the Mig 3 or FW190 a small price to for high quality matched gear
