not my fastest but very simple and quick. for someone looking at getting the speed bug, i highly recommend this. pretty quick level, quicker in a dive, and glides easy back in for landings. receiver in the nose, battery in the belly. took 3 clicks of trim with a zippy 3S-850mah w/ jst

Fast and cheap

This is a fast and cheap glider. I fly upto 6 minutes and able to do some acro. Can also fly gently but less fun.

Have done a few flights now and the performance is pretty good, but a few things to be said:
*it is hard to reach the COG with the reccomended Batteries (you have to press them more in the front
*you should check all the glued fixations like motor mount, rear servo cover,... and re-glue it, otherwise you have to do it afer the first landings like i had to do :-)
*spinner is bad balanced, but i kept it finally and i will exchange it as soon as it breaks

Fast but Fragile

Good price for this very fast glider designed for intermediate to advanced pilots. It works better if you put battery at the front, right behind the motor, and put receiver in the battery compartment in the lower mid section. Also, I managed to installed a gyro/stabilizer just below the main wing, and that made a huge improvement. Tail wings (the horizontal stabilizers) break very easily, so you must land it smoothly. The motor gets very very hot, the main wing needs a bit of glue to secure it better given it's fast speed. Loosen the screw for the main wing latch for easier wing installation. Other than these complaints, this is a fantastically fast and fun glider.

Aangeschaft als reserve vliegtuig naast mijn Cloudsky omdat hij zo goedkoop is en omdat ik er een propellor vlieger bij wilde. Orange ontvanger erin en deze vliegt geweldig.Na uittrimmen zweeft hij geweldig mooi. Verrassend de compartimenten waarin de 800Mah accu geplaatst wordt. Het is een snel vliegtuig, door zijn kleine afmeting uiteraard minder duidelijk zichtbaar, vooral in de avond. Het is mijnsinziens meer een vliegtuig voor diegene die al redelijk kunnen vliegen, want hij kan erg hard gaan. Totaal geen klachten, aanrader.

Deze Kinetic 815 is snel in elkaar te zetten en eerste vlucht:formidabel !
Is in de lucht, na motor uit : perfect in balans, zweeft geweldig elegant, accelereert bij vol gas vertikaal met slechts 3s 800mah accu. Laat zich heel goed besturen,
doet niet onder voor de grotere modellen. HK super tevreden, een aanrader.

Good to fly needs speed in the turns

Flys very well got the battery (850mah 3s) in the front tray and receiver in the belly. 75% power and launch into the wind no dramas glides well but it does need power in turns unless you dont bank it much. I have some rudder added to the ailerons for flatter turns. Really do like the speed does need some planning when landing so you dont run out of space or land too hard.

Great Compact Model

I have bought several of these models and love them. $85Au. Goes together in minutes, good quality and small enough to carry most places, fast but handles ok flying slower. Not hard to fly and even slope soars. Had heaps of crashes but pretty tough. It can be a bit of a rocket ship, and can handle strong wind better than many models. Max I have flown in is 35 knots off the beach but landing is a bit tough. Much better quality than Walrus but it lands pretty hot so needs more real estate. If I only ever had one plane it would be this for the money.

There's only one rating I can give: 5 stars!! It has everything to please pilots from beginners to more advanced! What I love about this model is the elevator, it is so precise you can touch the grass and fly away easily! Compared to the old Kinetic 800 it is way more tough and a bit faster, however the new design of the wing makes it less stable at low speed, stalls are violent especially when trying inverted flight...
Bad points: cheap propeller, battery trap made of foam. In overall it is definitely worth the money, would recommend to a beginner, just don't launch yourself the first time.
P.S: lost the kinetic 800 because of OrangeRX receiver. Never again(((
