WARRING international warehouse dose not honor there warranty promises. Ordered two of these packs Both were no good on arrival and they played games with me for EVER till i finally gave up. Seems to me they do that deliberately to get out of honoring there garentee 200 bucks that i might as well used to start my barque fire.

ordered two both delivered but have a dead sell Final conclusion is this : I went threw the steps they asked to get the warranty process started After several steps they finally said : we now have all the information we need to process the warranty". BUT then I get a email asking me for the same thing they did in the first step and sure enough the whole thing started over from the beginning. same questions same info and same pictures were asked for and sent and the same statement about the warranty process started. Then it happened again and again and again. It became clear to me that they are never going to send me a new pair I lost 200 bucks plus delivery and I have not nor will not ever have them replaced The warranty is as good as non exsistant and I NEVER used them once. hobby king robbed me on this order and reviews show they send ALLOT of worthless dead packs from this warehouse.

Ive also noticed that my posts about this problem of the international warehouse shipping these faulty pack are getting removed Kinda makes me wonder how many more complaints about this problem they are hiding from us?????????????? Keep checking back an see how fast this post gets removed.

Well i contacted hobby king about this problem ( both the pack i ordered had a completely dead sell ) It started to look good like they might replace them and not make me ship them all the way back BUT that seemed to good to be true and IT WAS. They asked me to take pics of them and the voltage indicated and proof of a dead sell etc. I took every pic they asked me to and they were PERFECTLY clear. But they returned my email saying they were not clear and to take them again I give up I figured it was going to go that way anyway. Ill take the loss and file the experience and NEVER order this type of 8S battery ever again. VERY disappointed.

Yet another delivery where at least one battery has a dead cell. (Sigh). I've lost track over how many times this happened, but at least warranty refund has worked flawlessly every time.

The ones that do work though: awesome battery.
