Ordered 3 f these for a 2 axis gimbal. The yaw motor is operating as expected but the pitch motor is unable to control the direction suitably.
Changed the pitch motor to the spare 3rd motor & it still operated unsuitably. Noticed that the perfect 0 degree pitch position was right in the middle of 2 motor pole positions. This was probably part of the reason it could never settle cleanly.
The Gimbal controller has the ability to detect and set the number of poles which agreed with the posted specs of 14. No matter how the PID settings are adjusted or the motor power is set the pitch will not stabilize.
Could be a defective gimbal sensor. Will proceed to test.

Great quality. I did get 2 different motors when I ordered 2 of them. It was just cosmetic, the one had a shiny finish and the other had a matte finish. If you are building a gimbal, I would buy these again.

Bought these motors for a StormBGC32 gimbal and they work great, as the video stated lower resistance of the motors will cause "stutter" .

Great little motor. Used it on my roll axis to replace the garbage motors that came with my original gimbal kit (not form Hobby King). More than strong enough for use with GoPro or Sony action cam sized cameras.
