Turnigy LiPo battery packs are well known for delivering excellent performance and durability in your favorite RC cars, and trucks. The Turnigy Rapid range continues this pedigree by using cutting-edge technology to achieve even better performance, greater cycle life, and lower internal resistance. These packs are capable of delivering an incredible discharge rate of 100C! Please note though that these packs have been specially designed for racing, and punch out of corners on a race track, etc, they are not suitable for the prolonged discharge rates that you require for airplanes.

The Turnigy Rapid range of LiPo batteries delivers the power and run time needed for the demanding high-performance RC racing models of today. They can deliver a high under-load voltage while retaining reliability even after a high number of cycles. Each cell is precision-matched to each other for its voltage and internal resistance to ensure your battery pack reaches you as evenly matched as possible. The battery is equipped with heavy-duty silicone-covered cabling to minimize resistance and deliver a huge amount of current when you punch the throttle. Each pack also has a heavy-duty connector (see specs) and a JST-XH style balance connector commonly found on all Turnigy batteries.

Due to popular demand, we’re expanding the Rapid range to include even more sizes and cell counts in soft pack versions that will fit a wider variety of vehicles in the ever-expanding “basher” market. Best of all, these packs come with an incredible price point!

This battery is insane—no voltage sag even at full throttle. My quad feels more responsive, and flight times are solid. A bit heavy, but the 100C rating is legit. Worth the price for competitive flying.

This is the only LiPo which fits into a scratch built twin 70mm F-117 Nighthawk. It needs to be tough as the battery gets a high load across the flights and these hold up well even though they are used to a low voltage per cell. They are also nicely affordable.
