Turnigy has moved into the next decade of the 21st century with the T240 touch screen charger. It has the ability to charge Lipo/Lilo/LiFe/LiHV/NiMH/NiCd and lead acid batteries as well as having battery management, security settings, and operation data memory. It can also charge two different battery chemistries simultaneously. Utilizing 3.2-inch color LCD Toch screen display for easy operation.

The Reaktor T240 is capable of accepting an input power supply of 11~18V DC and 100~240V AC which makes it perfect for use at home in the workshop or for when you go out to the flying field or race track. The AC supply is capable of charging on both channels at 10A to a max of 150 watt. On a DC supply, it can charge on both channels at 10A but to a max of 120 watts. The T240 also has a discharge facility of 2 x 0.1~2A for discharging your batteries. It can support power distribution in AC mode, total power 150W (CH1+CH2=150Watt). and in DC mode, works in 2 * 120W. Max charge current can reach 10A each port in both AC and DC mode.

Nice toy .... but

It is a nice little toy.... easy and intuitive to use.
But: discharge current is not rated to 2A ... it is limited to 2x 10W.
Most disappointing is, that the calibration function of the balancer does not work: You adjust everything and if you confirm your input values with "store" all values change somehow randomly. So if you want something more accurate then the standard calibration... this is the wrong toy

Good device - but loading 1S really possible?

This charger seems do be a very good one. But I have one problem. Perhaps someone knows a solution?
The charge did not charge a 1S LiPo - there comes a Error sign. By the way my 1S transmitter accu is working well - also togehter with my old loader.
What could be the problem?

Good but noisy

Used it to cycle Prius gen 2 nimh batteries, bought 2 of those and both where working 24/7 for 2 weeks no issues both are still working, i replaced the fans with better quality due to the noise. Many complained for the calibration setting that did not affect me as it is a issue for Lixx balancing. My 2 chargers where measuring 0.1v lower constantly from 6-8.6v battery voltages. I was leaving the nihm cycle program working and on the limit cutoff you cant access older cycles capacity values.

Great but not perfect

When i received the charger the touchscreen was not working properly. It would not respond. When i took a video as proof, it started working. It probably got scared or something. Now it is working great, the screen is working perfect. It has a lot of charging power. I can charge two 8 cell batteries at 4,7 amps! The only thing i don't like is the fan. The fan is very noisy, so i will swap that out with a noctua fan.

I tested it on lipo and lead acid batteries, it works very well.
