NOT ALL GEARS in this servo are metal!!!
There is one in here that is plastic!
It broke directly when the servo got a hit

Not too happy with these. Bought 4 for an AXN. Had a few failures recently with the trusty old hxt900 servos so wanted to use something with more grunt and metal gears. At the price I was pretty sure these should be good. I'm not going to use them though. Started 2 of them cycling at a medium speed on a servo tester and within one minute under no load they were almost too hot to hold. Would be much worse mounted in foam so not for my job. They may well be precise and good for a lot of jobs where they aren't moving a lot and have good ventilation but I needed something I could do things like rolling circles where in an axn the elevator is constantly being worked and that servo is surrounded by foam on 4 sides, and inside the fuse. It would melt the fuse, if it didn't burn itself out first. If it was just one ok, but not when it's both of the first 2 I tried.

Excellent servo dans un Gee Bee de 1,80 m., 1 servo par profondeur super rapide et prcis, ensuite dans un fun fly c'est le top sont rapide et prcis.

Ordered one for my tricopter.. never worked right.. contracted hk said it wouldn't be a problem to fill out the form for broken items.. got an email back that wanted a video of it being defective.. I don't have time to go hook up a broken servo, create a video, upload video and email back and forth for a servo..very disappointed in the servo and customer service with this issue..

The much cheaper tgy-113mg servo works much better than this one!.. I'll be ordering those for my digital, metal gear servo needs..

Worked for about a minute then quit. My esc got VERY hot. Think I caught it in time to save the esc but servo is trash.

incredibly small and powerfull servo. using it on a tricopter. good centering, very precise. lets see how many crashes it handles...
