Cheap but bit brittle rims

Overall good deal. Cost is very low for 1/8 scale wheels that are not small buggy wheels.
However, consider twice if you plan to run in cold weather (freezing and below).
I've run those in snow and ice and on my second run I broke 3 rims and one tire. And I did not do any crazy jumps that certainly break something. Tire might been my bad, something on the road perhaps - not sure how it happened but rims should not have broken.
Original wheels that came with Berserker lasted quite a long time in warm weather, tires were finally worn so I needed to replace them.
So I guess it is ok to run them in warm weather but not so in freezing.
Of course original rims are black and those are white. That might have something to do with it also - different colouring might affect the plastic strength differently and maybe white rims are weaker. Just a thought at this point, no data to back it up.
I use some other wheels in snow and ice for now and try them again when the spring arrives.
