These connectors are the perfect choice for applications that require a really good and secure electrical connection for a current draw of up to 60amps. They are made from a nylon composite material which can withstand high temperatures and have gold plated spring connectors. The gold plated connectors are placed in the mold to become an integral part of the connector when it is formed.

The XT60 ensures a solid high-amp connection, perfect for applications up to and beyond a constant 60amps. Hobbyking include the XT60 on most of their own brand batteries up to 3000mAh in capacity. The XT60 has been designed by hexTronik to be a more reliable and a better quality connection than most other proprietary connectors. There is no patent on the XT60 connector, we hope this product is sold everywhere in the world and dominates the market, reducing customers dependency on the over-priced T-connector.

They work great but are only a little bit hard to disassemble. Well at least it's better than if they were unable to keep the connection.
Very easy to solder (used a 100W soldering iron)
