I picked mine up at the warehouse in Tacoma . When I checked the battery at the desk to make sure it was the right battery the guys at the counter asked me if I would like him to check the voltage on the battery. He noticed that one cell was just a little out of balance but in limits. Then he asked of I would like a different one. I said sure.....he came back with two more both checked out fine. I picked one and headed home.

This is a follow-up to a previous review. I had ordered two of these batteries and one had come in with a bad cell. I contacted Hobbyking the day that I opened the box and found the battery to be bad. 3 days later I had a new battery in my mail box. I couldn't ask for better customer service than that.

Bought two of these from US warehouse and one came in with bad cell. First time this has happened. Don't know if Hobbyking checks batteries before shipping or not. I'm in the process of trying to get it returned, will post another review when and if it happens.

Quite an awesome product. I own both turnigy and zippy brand batteries that are used in various rc's. I run 5 and 6s zippy brand batteries and right off the "bat" from the first few charges and discharges it holds beyond it's capacity and balances perfectly. Highly recommended!

Good Battery, power and voltage are very goodfor this price, only the dimensions are not very exactly, I`ve bought 4 pieces, an one of them is 5mm thicker then the others
