Excellent kit quality. Everything fits correctly but as with any balsa/ply ARF you do have to figure a few things out. The most frustrating part is trying to locate through the covering were to cut out the appropriate areas for inserting servos, control horns, and those tail struts. Landing gear is very good as is the fiberglass cowl. My set up is NTM Prop Drive Series 42-38 750kv / 785w with Master Airscrew 13x8.5 prop ( I was worried it might be overpowered but it isn't), 9 gm servos, HK 50amp fixed wing ESC, and HK 6DF TX/RX combo. Putting a 2200 3S pack as far forward as it will go puts the CG on the money. I set up the ailerons to /- about 20mm, elevator to about /- 15mm and rudder to about 30 deg left/right. Maiden flight in gusty conditions of about 12mph. Take off and climb out very good with great vertical. Trims set to neutral and no further flight trim required...amazing! Flies straight and true but does get batted around in roll axis by wind gusts. Rolls very fast and precise with instant recovery. Inverted is very good with hardly any down elevator required. Spins and inverted spins are a blast. Rudder seems very ineffective..full left or right seemed to do not much at all. Biggest gripe is the colour. That grey is really hard to see against a blue sky. It might be even worse on a cloudy day...we'll see. And the covering was starting to wrinkle in the heat of

This is a quality plane for a great price. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the balsa or the covering. I am using a 10X6 APC prop, a NTM 3542 1250KV motor from H.K with a 50A ESC. The Watt Meter shows a 42A peak current with a 3S 2200mah Turnigy Nanotech 45-90C battery. This thing is a rocket. I get a good 4 minute flight out of this set up and still have enough battery power to fly for another minute in case I need to make repeat attempts at landing. It floats and has no bad habits which makes it very easy to land. Build time on this was a solid 6 hours. Hardware is good but if you wanted to upgrade the push rods, it wouldn't be a bad idea. I wish it was a little bigger so I could fly it further away. The landing gear could certainly take a hard landing. The flying weight with the battery is close to 2.4 lbs. This makes it a bit harder to fly in windy conditions. The wings detach easily with two screws making it super easy for transport to and from the field. Over all, I believe this is a great plane at a great price Highly recommend it.

Did get it within 5 days, thx HK. Was in perfect condition, easy to assembly. Unfortunatly, I am not much of a pilot jet, so I crashed it after 10 sec. But I was stunned by the performance. I have a 1000kv motor 700W and 4s LiPo, 11X7 prop. I just paniced and did the wrong thing ;-(. But I ordered a Trainer now to get my skills up to standard, this beauty deserves.

A very nice plane. Good construction and easy assembly.

Weak areas - elevator flexes on violent up maneuvers and weak tail-wheel assembly.

Mine was assembled with fairly basic Corona MG servos, a Plush 60a esc and an SK3 3542-1250 with an APC 12x8 prop. Flies quite well on 3S 3000-4000mAh battery packs.

Recommended.

Innerhalb von 3 Tagen aus WH NL nach D gelifert. Sehr gut verpackt. Alle Teile ohne Kratzer oder Beschdigung. Qualitt des Materials sehr gut. Qualitt der Vorfertigung ebenfalls gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Flugbericht folgt.

Voll zufrieden!!! Sehr schoen gebaut, sauber geklebt und faltenfrei. Alle bauteile vorhanden und auch zu gebrauchen, bauanleitung dabei mit schwerpunkt und ruderausschlaegen. Mein setup-3542 mit 1250U/V an 10x5 (9x6 wird noch probiert) Akku- 3S3300. Zieht in diesem setup 40 A. Flugaverhalten ist sehr neutral, stall speed sehr niedrig. Angegebener,Schwerpunkt und EWD passen. Akkufach koennte einen noch groesseren akku aufnehmen, der 3542 passt genau von der Laenge unter die Haube. Raeder sollten fuer Wiesenstarts gegen groessere getauscht werden, spinner mit 50mm optimal, servos sollten metall getriebe haben und ich habe richtige scharniere genommen wobei die vliesscharniere ok sind. Fuer den Preis durchaus zu empfehlen. WELL DONE Hobbyking!!!!
