    Product Description

    RCGF engines have proven themselves the world over for quality and reliability.The RCGF 55cc comes with the DA style ported head, giving plenty of power and easy tuning while still maintaining a smooth idle.

    The rear induction carburetor gives this engine a sleek look, perfect for scale airplanes with tight engine cowls. This engine includes standoffs for mounting to engine boxes and firewalls, spark plug, muffler and electronic ignition module. Just add an ignition battery, prop, and mount it up to your favorite airplane.

    A feature of RCG engines is that every one is test run and the carburetor is tuned before it leaves the factory. However, due to different altitudes and weather conditions slight adjustments will be necessary when you run your engine for the first time.

    Verey good engine. Good power, easy to start.
    BEWARE : it's not the RCGF 55cc if you want spare part ! It's a RCGF 56cc.

    I see it. This ignition do not have wire for Tachometer. So Red wire connect to the Battery and Black wire connect to the engine sensor. That's it. Actually, I bought DLE engine for all my gas airplanes but I adventure to this engine at this time. As you know, Gas airplanes are expensive one so fail engine mean big loss your money. I setup this engine to my Goldwing YAK 55SP 89" wingspan and working so nice. that's easy running, maximum rpm marked 6920 with 23x8 beech wood prop. I flew this airplane today and I want to tell you 'WOW'. Excellent!!! Yea, I recommanded this engine. Qulity and price are thumbs up. I am so happy..

    im using it in a war bird and seems to run great, I am using redline oil at 32:1 and 87 octane pump gas, so far it is doing a great job and the cost is great!
