Good customer support replacing my P-40 fuse

I ordered one of these after I had a bad landing. Broke the front half of the fuse off and demolished the cowl. The replacement came in about 5 days and when I opened the box something didn't seem right. The fuse was not in a plastic packing and the rudder wasn't there. To make things worse when I tried to mount the motor I noticed the plastic mount was in backwards. So I contacted HK and filed an RMA and sent some photos of this. within 24 hours I was contacted by E-Mail that I will be sent a replacement fuse no cost to me. I got the new fuse today, 4 days after I received that E-Mail. Everything was in tact and I'm assembling my P-40. My compliments to HK and their customer support team. Fast, efficient and curtious service. Thanks guys, well done

Fuse arrived 1-15-16; was manually well-packaged, no shipping damage, but some minor denting from PRE-PAINT handling!

Most importantly, for appearances sake, the foam inside the main air intake should have been painted INSIDE of the cowling. Otherwise, the white foam sticks out like a sore thumb. I'll paint it myself.
